Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping: 

1) Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time you place the order.

2) Shipping charges: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

3) Delivery time: Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days

4) Order tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns:

1) If you would like to return an item please email the order number and reason to care@madeleinehome.com

2) At MH London, we take great contentment with the quality of our delivery. Our return policy lasts 30 days for eligible items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, your refund or exchange cannot be processed.

3) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. It must also be in the original packaging.

4) The shipping expenses for returning an item are not covered by MH London and must be paid by you.

5) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable) 

1) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

2) If approved the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

3) Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Incase you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund to reflect. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

2) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@madeleinehome.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Please note that final sale and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@madeleinehome.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
