30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your MH London purchase. However, if you change your mind, returns are simple and easy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

Condition of Return
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and safely packed in their original packaging.

How to Return Your Item
We offer two convenient options based on the size of your item:

Option A: Small Parcels
Request a Label: Email us at care@madeleinehome.com with your order number.
Print & Pack: We will email you a Prepaid Return Label. Print it and attach it securely to your box.
Drop Off: Drop the package off at your nearest ParcelShop.

Option B: Large Furniture
Book a Collection: Email us with your return reason and a preferred collection date.
Prepare the Box: We will email you a shipping label. Please print this and attach it to the box.
Home Pickup: Our courier partner will collect the item directly from your doorstep.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return at our UK warehouse, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Payment Method: Issued to your original payment method.
Bank Timeline: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
48-Hour Rule: Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Resolve: Email photos of the damage and the shipping box to care@madeleinehome.com

Solution: We will arrange a free replacement and schedule a collection for the damaged unit.
